Booking Policy

At Brooklyn Aesthetics, we are committed to delivering exceptional service and tailored treatments for all our clients. To ensure a seamless experience, we have implemented the following booking policy:


1. Appointment Fee

  • A R500 non-refundable appointment fee is required to secure all bookings. This fee confirms your spot and is applied toward your treatment cost.

2. Appointment Confirmation

  • Appointments are confirmed 2 days before your scheduled date via email or SMS. Please ensure your contact details are accurate.
  • Same-day appointments are available and subject to therapist or nurse availability.

3. Consultation and Personalized Treatments

  • At Brooklyn Aesthetics, consultation is mandatory for all first-time clients.
  • We utilize the Bloom Visage Skin Analysis to assess your skin’s needs and create a precise treatment plan for optimal results.

4. Rescheduling and Cancellation Policy

  • Reschedules or cancellations must be made at least 10 hours prior to your appointment to avoid losing your R500 deposit.
  • No-shows or cancellations made less than 10 hours in advance will result in a forfeiture of the deposit.

5. Late Arrivals

  • Please arrive on time. Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may have their treatment shortened to accommodate the next client or may need to reschedule.
  • Rescheduling due to tardiness will incur a R200 rescheduling fee.

6. Payment Policy

  • The appointment fee is non-refundable but can be transferred if the rescheduling policy is followed.
  • Payment for treatments must be settled in full on the day of your appointment. We accept cash, debit/credit cards, and EFTs.

7. Promotions, Packages, and Gift Cards

  • Packages and promotions must be used within the specified validity period. Payments for packages are non-refundable but may be transferred to another service during the promotional period.
  • Gift cards are valid for 3 months from the date of purchase and cannot be exchanged for cash.

8. Health and Safety Disclosure

  • Clients must complete a medical and skin history form prior to their treatment. This ensures we can provide safe and effective care.
  • If any contraindications arise, we may adjust your treatment accordingly.

9. Client Code of Conduct

  • To maintain a professional and relaxing environment, we ask all clients to respect the clinic's policies and staff. Disruptive behavior will not be tolerated and may result in termination of services without a refund.
